1957 Topps Football Card Set featured in SCD

My favorite sports cards publication is Sports Collector's Digest. I look forward to SCD's arrival every week.  SCD is a great way for me to keep up with happenings in the hobby because Dean's Cards does not attend card shows.

T.S. O'Connell has featured a different vintage set in every publication of SCD over the past year. I never miss his articles.

Last week, T.S. emailed me to ask if I would like to contribute to his upcoming article on the 1957 Topps Football Card set. I was truly honored by the invitation, so I typed up a few thoughts and e-mailed them to him. Evidently, he was searching the internet for resources when he stumbled upon Dean's Cards and one of my collecting blogs.

T.S. called a few days later and we had a great conversation over the phone. I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with such a knowledgeable guy about our hobby.
